Headspace by James Sherwood
The Artist in His Own Words:
James Sherwood is a Welsh artist based in Cardiff. The piece is called 'Headspace' and tries to capture how a mind can look when trying to block out uncontrollable thoughts and stresses. It was created following a recent diagnosis of ADHD, which meant my head looked like this often. The idea of headspace is to try and block out these thoughts and focus on a singular point (the dot in the middle). The space in the middle is something that we strive to achieve, but for some, can be unachievable.
